Newbie in need of ancient IDs

I'm going to post better pictures tonight. Would it be preferred if I start new posts, one per coin, or should I post the new pictures to this thread?

I own just one Roman coin that I picked up at the 2006 FUN Show in Orlando. Actually the dealer, after some negotiation agreed to include this coin when I bought a First Strikes Buffalo. My son who was with me liked it and that is why I happen to have it. Can anyone shed any light on what i have, its condition, history, value etc. I would appreciate any input. THX.
