Secondly, I&#039;m a Registered Nurse who&#039;s spent 5+ years working for Johns Hopkins Labor &amp; Delivery Crictcal Care Unit ie: pregnant ladies w/ co-morbitities like terminal cancer &amp; heart failure. I have handed over babies that don&#039;t survive, on any given day. Making me more aware than most what&#039;s trivial and what&#039;s important. And trust me these guys have nothing on the &quot;snarky&quot; MDs I&#039;ve worked for! </p><p><br /></p><p>No matter what this turns out to be.
