I'd just call it uncirculated. Mini-micro grading is an obsession of US collectors that has little traction in the rest of the world. It's of more concern to plastic box collectors than coin collectors.
Your pictures make it impossible to see if it was cleaned or not, but looks like a high AU at best to me. The cheekbone is the high point of the design and looks to have a bit a wear.
I would grade this coin as PMS-69 Definition: PMS = Post Minting Syndrome, 69 = One side is over the other (one side is better)
