I also actually appreciate the desert patina (and wanted to have at least one coin with it) and I really like the galley. </p><p><br /></p><p>This coin was only about ten bucks, so in my opinion, it was good value. But to more experienced collectors who might have better coins that check the same boxes, it might just seem like a waste of energy and ten bucks. </p><p><br /></p><p>But you make a great point about wanting to “buy, buy, buy” as a newbie.
