    Looks like this to me:
    Antoninus Pius Æ Sestertius. Struck 146 AD. ANTONINVS AVG PI-VS P P TR P COS IIII, laureate head right / S-C, Roma seated left with Victory on globe & transverse sceptre, shield at side. Cohen 753.
