It's worth noting that George W. Bush didn't name the first treasurer in his administration until August 16, 2001 (about 7 months after taking office); Clinton didn't name one until March 1, 1994 (more than a year after taking office), so it could be a while!  Still, Series 1993 bills (not actually printed until 1994) still had Mary Ellen Withrow's signature on them, even though she wasn't appointed until 1994.  If Obama takes that long to name one, the treasurer's signature may still be on series 2009 bills but not printed until 2010... Basically I'd expect to wait at least a year before you see new signatures on currency.[/QUOTE]
