Just received my copy of David Schwager's Second Edition of "SAMPLE SLABS". Greatly expanded, now at 620 pages it covers the traditional Sample Slabs as well as Promotional, Club, Show, Luncheon, Novelty and YN coins and Currency Holders.

Pretty much all that are known. Is it complete? No, new items keep being discovered. From memory from David's preface, there were about 180 items added or 1 every other day between the 1st and 2nd editions.

I got the first edition. It isn't really that fascinating to me, so I won't get the following editions. I made a little money in the past by finding some sample slabs for a few dollars but now more collectors and dealers are more familiar with this niche. I think there's still a little room to grow but not much more IMO
