I'm surprised nobody mentioned the reduced silver weight for the issue. Of all the issues to reduce it, and if there was ever anything to be perceived as a "snub" that might be it. From what I saw, the weight reduction would be nearly the equivalent of an entire quarter over the 5 coin set! But the price stays the same.

Personally I'd support a horse on the new quarters. They could call it the quarter-horse series.
