<p>[QUOTE="lordmarcovan, post: 2786618, member: 10461"]That's a very handsome, original-looking key date coin with what I call "The Look". I collected <a href="https://www.cointalk.com/threads/my-old-barber-half-collection-dansco-7150-album-mostly-vg-f.298739/" class="internalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.cointalk.com/threads/my-old-barber-half-collection-dansco-7150-album-mostly-vg-f.298739/">VG-F Barber</a> halves for a little while in a Dansco album.</p><p><br /></p><p>This was my 1914-P, seen first in the seller's photos (yellow background) then my scans (black background).</p><p><br /></p><p><img src="http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/lordmarcovan/1914P-sellerspics.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /> </p><p><img src="https://www.cointalk.com/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fi88.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fk173%2Flordmarcovan%2FBarber%2520Half%2520Collection%2F1914P-17245.jpg&hash=33b7d1f0177db3ca66c36af1a49b2a5c" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /> </p><p><br /></p><p>If my records are accurate, I paid $172.45 for mine six or seven years ago. I think it had just a little bit more detail than yours (more like VG10, right on the cusp of Fine). But my coin was raw.
