I love this show, it's local and it's every few months. Sometimes there is some great new material like these below. I had no intention of going in and buying nothing but Morgans this weekend. I looked at a lot of other stuff, but either it did not speak to me or the dealer and I were just too far apart. It did turn out to be an older holder day though and only (1) NGC.

So this first one is an 1879-S Morgan Dollar that turned out to be a VAM that our own @Cascade discovered. It's a VAM-1B2 and it's in an old NGC MS-65 holder. I loved the look of the heavy die polish lines on the obverse coupled with the toning. It might not be for everyone, but I really like it.

These next two were yet another sibling set of old holders, this time the old ANA holders. I could not let them get broken up and fell in love with both of them. The second one turns out to be a VAM-12 Die 2 80/79 with a very deep PL reverse.
