I understand where the OP is coming from. I understand that there actually are people who have the knowledge and are NOT willing to help a new member and "instead" make fun of or bash the newbie. I too don't like this but you have to understand that not everyone is willing and many out there "THINK" they know it all. I for one am always willing to say a little something of my knowledge (very little I know) to a new comer but there is times I really know nothing. So my advice to a newbie is to keep asking whatever they have in mind, because there is more of those who help than those who "know it all".                          [/QUOTE]
