im actually impressed with pcgs economy turn around since march this year. i submitted 6 lots so far 12~22 coins each lot and grades were posted within 10~25 days of reciept. their customer service is lacking but speed is good. still waiting grades on my ngc submission recieved 6 jun.
If you love PCGS so much, why did you submit coins to NGC? Were they the "PCGS rejects" that came back genuine / ungradeable? Just wondering...
actually 11 of the 12 were Chinese coins and since NGS does them for 25$ and PCGS for 45$ my option was NGC. The 12th coin was a crack out penny I did not think was cleaned. Lastly, I wanted to check service of NGC as I have never used them. as far as pcgs, yes I am pleased with their quality of fast service but because I like something "so much" doesn't mean i'm blinded to other options.
