These are a bear to find in halfway decent condition, so I figured I'd better get this one. I usually see 1812's and 14's for the Classic Heads, the other dates not so much. The surfaces are very good on this one, just have a tough time imaging darker copper. PCGS VF-35:
It's a nice looking coin. If you find a better one later on you can buy that one and sell this one. I like this one though.
I really like that large cent. Too bad the scratches on the holder hinder the picture. Nice addition!
Nice buy - nice coin. I've been looking at getting into collecting large cents. I can't afford the high grades, but these type of TPG grades still look good for coins this age and copper coins this size.
That's a nice one. Been looking for a quality classic head for my type set myself and there real tough to find. Especially with problem free surfaces
