Hello all! I have been trying to check the value of these coins but I have been unable to find much. I don't plan on selling them because I am pretty sure they will increase in value by a good amount over the years, but it would be nice to know what they are worth anyway. It is an unopened bag of the original German euros. These were the bags that were offered when the switch was made from the Mark to the Euro. The bags were given to the banks to be made available to the public. You would go to the bank and trade your Marks in for the new Euros. This was the first minting ever of the German Euros available to anyone. My grandfather lives and Germany and owns several banks there so he was able to get me one of the bags when they first came out. The coins are in the original bag, never opened. It contains a face value of around 20 Euros. Any clue as to the current value? Do you guys think this is something that will increase significantly in value over time? Thanks!
