I think maybe just porous and overcleaned, but you should always check the various fake reports. The heritage coin isn't a good comparison because it has great surfaces (5/5) vs maybe 2/5.
An Alexander drachm should be about 18 mm and weigh about 4.2 g, so that looks within range. Gotta say that one looks off to me too. I'm sure someone will be able to make a more definitive statement.
I don't like it because of the style and surfaces. The lion looks wrong, too angular. I don't have a drachm yet but here's my tetradrachm: Macedonian Kingdom, Alexander III AR tetradrachm, 17.18g; Amphipolis mint, lifetime issue, struck under Antipater, c. 325-323 BC. Obv.: Head of Herakles right, clad in Nemean Lion scalp headdress tied at neck. Rev.: AΛEΞANΔΡOY Zeus enshrined left, throne without back and two leg struts, bright leg forward (archaic lifetime style), eagle in extended right hand, long scepter vertical behind in left hand, TE monogram lower left, concave field
Nice hands @Jwt708 . I haven't seen modeling hands that nice since @John Anthony . Seriously nice coin my friend. Heracles' face has tons of character and eye appeal.
