    Just got these back from PCGS . A few were higher than what I thought it was . I thought the 1880 S would be PL and is the 80 that 2nd “8” shows something different inside the loop some kind of variety?? Please comment on all them coins.     The 1880-S looks slightly PL

    It's possible, but like NGC, PCGS does not attribute all VAM's, especially if the attribution is not requested and paid for.

    Looks that way to me, too. I'm surprised it didn't make MS66.
