He said that these top graders still have to put out a certain number of PF 70 or MS 70's to satisfy the needs of the dealers & the collectors alike. Oh well.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, what are the lessons here? Do the best you can and don't believe everything anyone tells you; among other things.
