I hope these photos are better I'm not a photographer but I am doing the best that I can hoping that you can get a good look at what I'm talking about thanks for looking I appreciate everybody's comments thank you very much.
If you are talking about the shadow effect of the letters of liberty, it is MD or a copper plating problem there. Of course, I shouldn't comment as it is from a single squeeze die, so there is no chance of a hub doubling, and only can be caused by mechanical movement. However, I recognize that some may consider them DD, and even give numbers, but I am of the group that doesn't believe......heard them sing " Grandma got ran over by a reindeer.......on the way home tonight from a Christmas performance.
"I'm not really sure what it is I just know that there's a lot of errors on it I'm not a counting on anything I'm just hoping and I'm having a good time" What? But there are no Mint Errors
That's the whole point if there was a mint error it would be a mechanical double or you know machine double .That can only mean that it is a true DDO or a very rare mess up. I'm not sure what it is I as only going on .y grand dad's word. He collected coins all his life and had many error and rare coins. Now they are missing e and I'm kind of dazzled.
Make sure to check for a small die chip, that can be found on the top of the shield just to the right of the center point. 2015 1¢ WDDO-023 Description: Strong extra thickness shows on LIBERTY and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: A small die chip can be found on the top of the shield just to the right of the center point. Submitted By: Steve Smith Cross References: None known
Okay I will see what I can do and I will try to post it or send it personally to you give me about an hour or so
