This is probably my harshest cleaned coin.
I assume they used some sort of acid on the obverse.

Funny, but, it could have been any date but a 21" high relief and I would have been ok. What a shame!

 

It's OK, it didn't start life as a 21 peace dollar. Hub details show it isn't a high relief.

 

I have seen a few like it but never the 21'.

 

Okay, I've thought about this for a couple of days and now I'm looking into VAMs.
