The only way I can think of to make it fair in choosing who gets the coin is to have some kind of "contest", so I'll do that by asking you to name your favorite Roman emperor and maybe a little bit about why he's a favorite. The "winner" will be the first one who happens to choose my own favorite emperor, and you'll just have to take my word for who that is. If you win it, I'll just need your mailing address, but I don't know how to do private messages here, so maybe a CoinTalk veteran can tell you how to do that.
