The thing is though is that this penny came from one of many 2017-D penny rolls I got from the bank. I&#039;m assuming they were uncirculated and this is damage from the mint. I bought 2 boxes of pennies from the bank. One was 50 rolls of 2018-D pennies and the other is a combination of 2017-D rolls and random circulation rolls. If a roll comes from the bank, all the same year and mint, and look new, is that actually considered uncirculated?
