    must be a broweser issue. I can get the top grade bar to move with the bottom scroll bar if i play with it for a while ... but its not something that works instantly in IE

    they really should make all the browsers work off the same code lol

    Just tried in ie and see what you mean. I'll see if i can workup a fix.
