The "Nice Rounds" that are dated 1981 from the US Essay office, San Francisco are listed in the USA section of the Catalog of Unusual coins with a value of ~ $50.00 ea. in my 2011 edition book. You may want to research these some. Most Bullion Rounds do not have dates on them. And some Unusual coin don't.
I like the Assay office coins. Some of those eagle designs in the 2nd image, first two I haven't seen before. I get a few from APMEX from time to time, they have good prices usually a couple $ above spot. There's a lot of fakes out there but their eagles are bad renditions.
