I like them because they are readily available, have a strong community of collectors and they are appreciating in value. You can put a nice type collection together without spending a fortune. It all depends on what group you want.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Here is one of several red back Justice Fractional 3rd issues I have. This one is autographed, not printed signatures. It is graded XF and is a Fr.1355.
