Yes the onsite reholder at Heritage can and is done. I think this service is reserved for dealers/clients of Heritage who do a TREMENDOUS amount of business with Heritage. It also makes sense from the standpoint that HA deals in tremendous volume of certified coins so when they are auctioning a coin in a beat up slab they don't have to spend the time sending the coin out. Its quicker and more efficient to do on site at their Dallas HQ.

I don't see the risk being worth the reward. PR-66 is a plenty respectable grade.
