Picked this up recently and most likely overpaid but I just like them little ACG holders
and the clash marks made me push my hafta have it button.

Busties are not part of my normal collecting focus.

So if you please, could I ask you fine folks for the overton, grade & value.

How about a nice plain full obv & full reverse.

It's good that you like a certain type of slab and all (I'm the same), but just remember not to trust any grade that ACG assigns, and that the coin might be more collectable if busted out of an ACG slab. :)
Shame about the graffiti/scratching, but it's a nice original looking coin! I'd say VF

I don't believe it to be grafitti/scratching to me any way. (They are raised and don't seem like random scratches).
    But I've been wrong before.

Looks to me like part of the clash that runs in front of the face and the back of the head just seems weak due to wear on the coin.

The marks in front of the face are scratches, look at the lines in between the raised areas.

The deep scratches raised the area around them

That's why I mentioned it....I didn't see any clashing and thought those might have been what you were seeing.
I'm not the best person to describe how clash marks occur, but I believe they are caused by an obverse die striking a reverse die while there is no planchet in between, thus creating a faint mirror image on the die itself.
Sorry for the bad news :-(
