New 2009 A Star series $100 Note w/ Error on back , Need help!

Hey everyone. Im new to this so need some help. I have a few $1 bills that caught my eye..need your help on if it a keeper or go ahead a use it.They all have been circulated.
1st one i think might be a bookend. 2nd one has 2 numbers slightly smaller then the rest(62E). 3rd one has doubles, 4th one has Date (1928) and 5th one begins with 00 with date 1922.

To many people trying to alter notes to increase there value.

 

I found a 100$ bill. The blue seal is to high. The date July 4 1978 between the blue seal. Is almost covered. And the orange seal to the right is very high from the bottom. Could this be an off set
