    I wish I knew about this sooner as I was in London at the end of December into New Years and just at the airport in Heathrow yesterday. I should have saved an example of the current design. I don't care for the polymer tens or fivers. The paper ones are superior in feel, quality, and overall design.

    I can send you a fresh £20 for £40 :hilarious::hilarious:

    Joking apart this was my favorite £20,
    4 series back.

    I actually like polymer notes for some reason. Hong Kong also did this some few years back with their dollar.

    Ugh, wish it had better engraving, love The Fighting Temeraire, I have a hand painted copy of it, several other great works as well from Turner...

    I got 3 from the ATM today, already used so I will have to wait and get some Unc from my bank.

    They sure don't beat the £434 in old money I found in a house clearance yesterday though :cool:

    I have a Shakespeare 20 pound as well. Still on the lookout for a crisp Faraday 20, though.
