Unfortunately, in the rush to produce secure currency and develop innovative security measures, visual artistic design has been given a back seat to issues of security. Visual designs likely suffer from budgetary limitations and advisory boards votes to minimize change in visual design while enacting the most up to date features for protection and assurance. </p><p><br /></p><p>I do like the new design probably far more than those who dislike it, but I acknowledge there is also a serious lack of overall visual appeal for the end user and especially the collector.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
