Everyone is sue happy nowadays. I wont lose sleep over it. And you just hit the nail on the head. they would have to prove it. You really think some seller is going to question every single potential seller and ask if they happen to see a post on Cointalk.com?! The seller would have to prove every single would-be -buyer just happened to see my( or anyone elses) posts on this board. Good luck trying to argue that in small claims/civil court. Oh yeah..I can just see it now- Some ebay seller spending several thousand bucks on attorney and court fees for a 50 dollar coin LOL:yawn: You are acting like I went on TV and stood next to the president with 150 million viewers and call this seller a bad risk in front of the camera. Cmon buddy, Just lets get real here. They can threaten to sue all they want. They can even take you to court- doesnt mean they will win. and i said its my opinion- and i have never once stated i am an expert. If someone decides not to buy a coin from my opinion only without doing the research themselves then that is their problem, not mine. I stated my opinion. I am sticking with it. You can buy the coins or not. You can believe they are real or not Its your money, not mine. I never said it was fake. i was joking. I said I dont trust it. it doesnt look right. I could be wrong and I probably am. You should do your own research too before buying anything. Stick to reputable sellers with a good return policy and keep in mind, the best sellers have been fooled by selling fakes. I can attest to this personally( 1 Marcus Aurelius and 1 Claudius this year so far) I got my money back both times. Price of doing business.
