    The coin wrappers are printed 'patented May 31, 1921' - they're still available today on eBay, as are empty US Mint proof set envelopes, GSA hoard Carson City dollar boxes, etc. which are all used to increase the selling prices of shady sellers' offerings.
    The bank name & address was added with a rubber stamp, which can be made to order (to fit the back story) and applied at any time within the past 98 years ;)
