Need some help with my eBay listings.

Well eBay have finally admitted there is a visibilty problem, I have contacted them 5 times and at last something might be done about it.
Today I have 28 items listed and 27 should be visible in the US but when I check, it says Zero.
I have had no US bidders or sales for over a month now.
This is what customer support sent to me.
