So I recently got this denarius of Vespasian,
    Vespasian.jpg
    Obv- VESPASIANVS AVG
Rev- PON MAX TR P COS V, seated Vespasian.
so far it looks similar to RSC 364. But normally this coin also has IMP CAESAR on the obv. However, I wonder if my coin has those words totally worn out or didn't even get struck?! off centered.png

Your coin was struck off center on a small flan so much of the right side of the legend failed to fall on metal. Add to that an uneven blow from the hammer and you get what you see on your coin. This is not unusual in ancient coins. Mine below is a different coin with similar obverse layout.
