We want a fair and equitable transaction that satifies all parties. But one in a while someone sends the wrong order, misships an envelope or something. Unless I feel dishonesty or misleading statements in a listing, I will give a positive feedback. I don't see any reason to ding someone when they are trying to be fair. And unless I feel the seller is being totally dishonest I might not leave any feedback if I am less than satisfied. I may have mis-understood exactly what I was buying ? I like to give the benefit of doubt, because sometimes I get it wrong and I know it.</p><p> </p><p>I once got a poor feedback for charging $3 for Priority Mail Shipping that cost me $4.70 +19c because the buyer thought my shipping fees were too high.
