This one I will send back for a refund as I have quite a few 1963&#039;s in better shape. The last one here is more Franklin halves, I bought 2 one night and 2 more the next day and they happen to be from the same seller. He received my paypal on 10/13 and when I contacted him this weekend he said he sent 2 out on that day when he got the payment and 2 the next he said he did not realize it was the same person who bought all 4. It is now 10/31 and I haven&#039;t seen either package yet. How long do you normally wait before contacting paypal about openning a case.
