    Not sure on the exact ruler/year, but the appearance and weight say Mughal India to me.

    You do not make it easy on people to help you ! Your right photo is horizontally flipped. The Arab-Persian text as it is displayed now makes no sense and seems mirrored.
    (In your search: Try looking for "Shah Jahan")
