I've spent too much time on trying to figure this one out and was hoping someone could lend me a hand. It's an unidentifed female on the obverse with what looks to be a winged nike seated with some word(s) underneath. I can almost make out an EIE or SIS in latin. Any help would be appreciated! Weight: 3.93 g Diameter: 17.68 mm
it's hard to make out the obverse; but I think it is probably this one Porcius Cato 47- 46 BC Obverse: head of Roma right, M CATO PRO PR Reverse: Victory seated right, holding patera and palm branch, VICTRIX in exergue Africa mint Crawford 462/1c
Omg you are a lifesaver. This has been bothering me so much. I swear I looked everywhere haha. Thanks Victor!!!
