Need ID help please. Greek or Roman Republic/Provincial?

    I've spent too much time on trying to figure this one out and was hoping someone could lend me a hand. It's an unidentifed female on the obverse with what looks to be a winged nike seated with some word(s) underneath. I can almost make out an EIE or SIS in latin. Any help would be appreciated!

    it's hard to make out the obverse; but I think it is probably this one
