Need I.D. help, possibly dutch or german coin?

    I bought this coin without knowing what it is, something i usually don't do. I don't recall seeing another coin with a design close to this one before. It does remind me of maybe a Dutch or German States coins. unknown1.JPG unknown2.JPG

    I would say, it's 1/4 of stuber. Like this one. Ruler: duke Karl Theodor (1742-1799).
