Need help with mint mark

    I have never seen a mint mark this thick. Just wondering if someone in this group could shed a little light on what this is

    Your mint mark appears to be fairly common, however it looks like it has some MD with the blurry pic. Off hand I am unaware of the 74s with an RPM but I can't keep track of them all. Try CONCEA website. Without clearer pics I will have to go MD

    Could be a weird Die Chip.. It will give it that thicker appearance.
