I suspect this is the black metal core of an enamel pin issued by English heavy metal vocalized Ozzy Osbourne for his Speak Of The Devil tour.

John "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 1948) is an English vocalist and songwriter. He rose to prominence in the early 1970s as vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath. He was fired from Black Sabbath in 1979. In the early 2000s, Osbourne became a reality television star, appearing as himself in the MTV reality show The Osbournes. He appeared with son Jack in the 2016 documentary Ozzy & Jack's World Detour.

Osbourne's DNA was sequenced and in 2010 it was revealed he is a genetic mutant with unique DNA variations associated with drugs and partying.
