Need help with Attribution please

    Hey CT! I was wondering if I could get some of your collective wisdom to help me ID this coin. It is 23ish mm wide and appears to be a provincial Roman coin w/ Greek lettering. If you could help me ID it, I would appreciate it, thanks!

    Phillip i, Laodicea ad Lycum ;)

    I think the Obverse is showing Phillip ii as Caesar.
