Need Help IDing A Coin

    I found this coin in a roll of nickels..

    Does anyone know what it is and when they were made. I assume it's modern. It's diameter is very comparable to a cent, I put it in a cent folder in which I throw miscellaneous odd finds, and it fit like a glove. Tried to research it on my own for a few minutes but no dice. All help is appreciated

    I think it's from Japanese occupied China. Look that up and see if you find it.

    Reverse matches the 10 Fen coin. Got a little lazy, and didn't wanna take it out of the folder, then cram it back in :yawn:

    Kinda surprised that it dates back as far as it does. I was thinking 70s at the earliest

    I have this coin and have added it to my "coins with insects" coin collection because it looks like a beetle.
