Need help identifying this ancient silver coin Roman/Greek

    Hi there,
    Any help identifying this coin would be greatly appreciated.
    Picked it up as part of a lot.
    Its silver and about the size of a 5 pence coin, showing a 20p for comparison.

    Hi @OddityNZ,

    Can you supply size and weight? It looks like a Macedonian obol but to my Very untrained eye it also looks cast.

    Size is around 13/14mm dependent as not completely round.
    Weight is 1.94 grams
