What you appear to have is a commerce token from Lower Canada. Specifically, it seems to be an 1812 date only local imitation of the Tiffin Halfpenny. The specific catalog listing for Canadian tokens has it listed as a Breton No. 961 which is worth about $6.00 in VG. Furthermore, these tokens were produced in the early 1830s as an imitation of the Halliday tokens of 1812.
