The coin has been in a coin case, does not appear to be in mint state (although I am very new to this), and I have no idea if it is worth anything more than its melt value...I do think it is a real troy oz of silver though despite its weird labeling. There are copyright and restricted signs next to the P and Phillies.  I have not been able to find a similar looking, minted, or labeled coin anywhere. Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if you can identify the mint or something to help me figure this out.  Thank you.[/QUOTE]
