Need help ID on this gold dinar

Hi,
My friend found this when buying a coin lot at an auction. He doesn't know much about ancient/medieval coins, so he wanted some help IDing this coin.
It appears to be a gold dinar, but I'm not sure about the date.
Could someone please give me so more specific details, authenticity and approximate value?
It weighs 4.26 grams.

The second face of the coin (down) should be turned 180 degrees clockwise. It's an Islamic coin.
