    Looks like uncirculated 1 rupee notes are selling for ~$2-3 on ebay.

    This banknote was printed in 1987, and is no more in circulation but still a common series (pick 25). There are two variants in this signature (Izhar Ul Haq), one with 6 digits serial up in the center and second 7 digits serial to the right bottom.
