My pictures do not come out good on my I Phone and would like to invest in a camera. But today I found a 1980 Susan that has a very matte look with the top and bottom layer looks like silver and looks like copper in the middle. And the second is a 1980 that looks like the mint mark is blob looking s . Are these worth looking into?

The simplest method of using a phone camera is as shown. Put the phone on a stable platform, use a neutral background (black, grey or white). I raise the coin slightly away from the background with a round disc of cork or a pop bottle cap. Two, minimum adjustable light sources. Most important make the coin image fill the screen, use the self portrait timer so there is no camera shake from your hands. Process the image after to crop away all unnecessary background. Play around with a setup until you find what works best for you.

Try putting the coin on the watch face ;)

Our son says the iPhone 12 is tricky and takes time to figure out how to use all the new gadgets. If all else fails call your provider they will walk you through it. Good luck

Based on my experience, this is pretty common with SBAs. Worth a dollar.
