Hey guys - I "think" I have this one nailed down, but I'd like a second opinion. Here's what I think it is similar too (mine is 23mm btw): upload_2020-1-29_14-7-54.png

    Here's my coin:

Do you have a weight of your coin? That might be a larger difference (15-16g vs 5-7g) than the width.

I see IM NER CLA but I don't think it is a lituus, but instead a serpent.

I'm thinking it's more along the lines of this one (your's is a little wider than mine; fuller flan):
    Nero, Ruled 54-68 AD
    AE19, Syria, Antioch Mint
Obverse: IM•NER•CLAV – CAESAR, laureate head right, serpent before.
Reverse: Large S-C in inner circle within laurel-wreath of eight leaf-sprigs, large pellet at top; all within dotted border.
    References: RPC 4310, BMC 184, McAlee 300(c)
    Size: 19mm, 6.1g

Hey @Justin Lee ! Thanks for the reply. I don't know how accurate my scale is, but it says 4.5g. The flan is super-thin though, as compared to other coins I have from that same mint. Ah, Yeah I see the squiggle on the serpent now; cool thanks.

I wonder if the minter had a sense of humor and put Nero and a snake on the same coin for all to appreciate lol

Nice work in your initial research, too! Very close!
