Need A Little PCGS Advice

    I have received a gold coin back with a spot exactly as your picture shows, my best guess is someone sneezed near the coins. I also have had one with a fingerprint added.

    On the upside you did get one with a grade of 70, so it makes up for the mistakes perhaps financially.

    Well, I emailed David Hall himself with photos and he wants me to send it back in to review the spots. And as far as sneezing goes, these spots are on both the front and back, so that pretty much cancels that scenerio out. And what makes this worse is this is one that has pretty nice die rotation on the reverse. I'll keep everyone posted as to what happens. I'am mailing it out today so this will probably take a few weeks.

    CentDime, you should do the same thing I did and contact PCGS, provide pictures if you can.

    I would try calling them and maybe talk to a local dealer who may have a contact there.Some people still do good deeds.
